Administrative Assistant with IT experience

Medium sized US company in the Flooring sector has an open position in it’s administrative assistant area.
Job description:
Candidate would respond to emails, Data entry, assist Marketing area and Human Resources, create training videos, help program digital phone system, post ads in craiglist and various other office jobs, calling clients to schedule appointments.
Requirements:
-The candidate needs to have either a Skype account with headphones/mic or a US phone. He/she also requires an internet connection and to be fluent in spanish/english.
-Must have also the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Candidate can be any nationality, no work permit needed (would work from home).
-Hours of the job would vary, but they could range between 10 – 15 hours a week. First week would be on a trial basis, but you would get paid (provided you do some actual work with your training). Must have good typing skills and knowledge of Word / Excel.
-Candidate must have above average computer skills and has used/learned a lot of software. Must be able to learn new software by reading the manuals and watching training videos. Programming / Web design / IT support experience desired, but it’s not required.
-Must have a paypal account and odesk account, which are both free (www.paypal.com and www.odesk.com which will be used to pay the candidate and for time tracking purposes).
